Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Ardent Digital Solutions LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“ADS”, “we”, “us”), which operates adsagency.media handles personal data on adsagency.media.

What we collect

  • Account data: name, email, phone, country, city, company details.
  • Creator data: profile, social handles, follower counts, portfolio, payout details (PayPal, Wise or Payoneer IDs), tax forms.
  • Order data: briefs, messages, files, reviews.
  • Payment data: processed by Stripe. We don’t store card numbers.
  • Technical data: logs and cookies needed to sign you in and keep the site secure.

Why we use it

To run accounts and orders, hold and release payments, pay Creators, check reach, prevent fraud, meet tax and legal duties, and send service emails. With your consent we may send marketing emails, and you can opt out any time.

Who we share it with

The other side of your order (Brand or Creator), Stripe (payments), PayPal / Wise / Payoneer (payouts), our hosting and email providers, and social platforms’ official APIs (to read public follower counts). We don’t sell personal data.

Public profile

Approved Creator profiles are public: stage name, photo, city, country, services, packages, portfolio, follower counts and reviews. Legal name, contact details, payout and tax details are never shown publicly.

Keeping and protecting data

We keep account data while your account is open and order and tax records for as long as the law requires (usually 7 years). Tax forms and delivery files are stored in a private folder that is not reachable from the web.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to marketing, by emailing hello@adsagency.media. Depending on where you live (for example under the Philippine Data Privacy Act, Qatar’s Law No. 13 of 2016, UAE PDPL or GDPR), you may also complain to your local data protection authority.

International transfers

ADS is a US company and our providers may process data in other countries. We use providers with appropriate safeguards.
