Brand Terms

These terms apply when a business (“Brand”) uses ADS to find, book and pay creators and talent (“Creators”). The platform is run by Ardent Digital Solutions LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“ADS”, “we”, “us”), which operates adsagency.media.

1. How ADS works

ADS acts as an agency. You book and pay ADS; ADS engages the Creator to deliver the work. ADS holds your payment until you approve the work, then pays the Creator. Your contract for each order is with ADS.

2. Prices and fees

  • Creators set their own package and offer prices.
  • ADS adds a service fee to each order: 6% on Pay as you go, 4% on Growth, 2% on Pro. Orders under USD 100 (or the same in local currency) also carry a USD 3.50 small-order fee.
  • Managed matchmaking (briefs) costs 10% of the estimated campaign value (minimum USD 49, PHP 2,500, QAR 180 or AED 180), or uses an included credit on the Pro plan. The matchmaking fee pays for the shortlist and is not refundable once the shortlist is delivered.
  • All prices are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe.

3. Orders, delivery and approval

  • Each order includes two rounds of revisions within the original brief.
  • After delivery you have 3 days to approve, ask for a revision or open a dispute. If you do nothing, the order is approved automatically.
  • Approval releases payment to the Creator and cannot be reversed except through a dispute decided by ADS.

4. Usage rights

On full payment and approval, you receive the usage rights stated in the package or offer (for example, 30 days organic use). Wider or longer use (paid ads, whitelisting, perpetual rights) must be bought as an add-on or agreed in writing. Creators keep the right to show the work in their portfolio unless you agree otherwise.

5. Your responsibilities

  • Give accurate briefs, product information and claims you are allowed to make.
  • Do not ask Creators to make false, misleading or undisclosed endorsements. Sponsored content must be labelled as required by local rules (for example, #ad, “Paid partnership”).
  • Keep communication and payment on ADS. Paying a Creator you met on ADS outside the platform within 12 months breaks these terms and may lead to account closure.

6. Subscriptions

Growth and Pro plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your dashboard; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Plan fees are not refunded for partial periods.

8. Liability

ADS checks Creator profiles but does not guarantee results such as views, sales or followers. To the extent the law allows, ADS’s total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

9. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will post the new date on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without affecting rights you have under the consumer law of your own country.
