Refund & Dispute Policy

Before work starts

• Requests and offers can be cancelled free of charge before payment.
• If a Creator declines a paid order, you get a full refund automatically.

Late or missing delivery

If the Creator doesn’t deliver by the due date, open a dispute from the order page. If the work is not delivered, you get a full refund of the order, including the ADS service fee.

Work that doesn’t match the brief

Use your two revision rounds first. If the work still doesn’t match the agreed brief, open a dispute within 3 days of delivery. ADS reviews the brief, messages and files and replies within 2 working days. Outcomes can be: more revisions, a partial refund, a full refund, or release of payment to the Creator.

Not refundable

• Orders you approved, or that were approved automatically after 3 days without a response.
• Changes of mind about creative direction outside the original brief.
• Matchmaking fees once the shortlist is delivered, and plan fees for periods already started.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card or method used, through Stripe. They usually arrive in 5–10 business days.
